How It Works
The agent creates applications inside Hubwork and emails you the results. For jobs on external career sites, it records the match and emails you the list so you can finish on the company's site.
Step 2 — Choose Your Approach
You have two options: (A) Select specific jobs from the job list that you want to apply to, or (B) Leave the selection empty and let the AI find matches based on your profile (80%+ fit required).
Step 3 — Find Matching Jobs
If you selected specific jobs, clicking 'Run Job Scan Now' applies to them instantly (skipping any you've already applied to). If using AI auto-match, clicking 'Find Matching Jobs' runs the AI to preview matched jobs — no applications are submitted yet.
Step 4 — Review AI Matches
When using AI auto-match, you'll see a list of matching jobs with match scores and reasons. Review each one, uncheck any you don't want, then click 'Apply to Selected' to submit only the applications you approve. You're always in control.
Step 5 — Exclude Jobs (Optional)
See a job you never want applied to? Click the ban icon next to any job in the selector to exclude it. Excluded jobs will never be applied to — even by the AI auto-match. You can manage excluded jobs in the 'Excluded Jobs' section.
Step 6 — Get Email Confirmations
Each time the agent applies to jobs for you, you'll receive an email summary listing the jobs, companies, and match scores. Track everything in your 'My Applications' dashboard.
Tips for Better Matches
- • Keep your skills list updated — the AI uses them for matching.
- • Set your experience level and job category accurately for the best results.
- • Exclude jobs you're not interested in to refine future matches.
- • The AI prioritizes jobs matching your category first, then experience level.
- • Up to 5 applications per run — choose wisely from your matches.
