By accessing and using Hubwork ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

Hubwork is a platform designed to connect job seekers with potential employers through video profile introductions, AI-powered career tools, and job listings. Users may:

Create and manage their professional profiles
Upload introduction videos and resumes
Browse other professionals' profiles (for employers/recruiters)
Contact professionals directly through provided contact information
Browse and apply to job postings, including employer-posted and AI-curated listings
Post job openings as an employer and manage applications
Use AI-powered tools, including AI Job Match, AI Career Prep, AI Resume Builder, and Career Path Planner
Access educational resources, including AI Literacy, Video Tips, and Interview Tips

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information in their profiles
Keep their login credentials secure and confidential
Not upload content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on others' rights
Not use the platform for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes
Respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of other users

4. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they upload, including videos, photos, and resumes. By uploading content to Hubwork, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

5. Video Content Guidelines

All video content must:

Be professional and appropriate for a workplace environment
Not contain copyrighted material without permission
Not include discriminatory, harassing, or offensive content
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Be authentic: Videos must not be AI-generated or digitally synthesized. The video must feature the real you, on camera, speaking in your own voice. Use of AI avatars, deepfakes, voice cloning, or any artificial generation of your likeness or voice is prohibited.

Hubwork reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without notice.

6. AI-Powered Services and Content

Hubwork provides AI-powered tools and services, including but not limited to the AI Resume Builder, AI Job Match, AI Career Prep, Career Path Planner, and AI Literacy educational content. By using these services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

6.1 AI-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before use
You must not rely solely on AI-generated content for important professional decisions
Hubwork does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose

6.2 User Responsibilities for AI Content

You are responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated content you use complies with applicable laws and employer policies
You must disclose the use of AI assistance when required by professional, educational, or employment guidelines
You agree not to use AI tools to create misleading, false, or deceptive content
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection

6.3 AI Literacy Content

AI literacy resources are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional training or certification
Information about AI tools and technologies may become outdated as the field evolves rapidly
References to third-party AI tools are for informational purposes only and do not constitute endorsements
You should verify AI-related information from authoritative sources before relying on it

6.4 Data Usage for AI Services

When using AI-powered tools, your input data may be processed by third-party AI service providers
You agree not to input confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personal information into AI tools
Hubwork is not responsible for how third-party AI providers process or store your data
You should review our Privacy Policy for more information about data handling

Hubwork reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue AI-powered services at any time without notice.

7. Sponsored Video Ads

Hubwork offers Sponsored Video Ads that allow employers to promote 20–30 second video ads on the Hubwork Talent page. By purchasing a sponsored ad, advertisers agree to the following:

Cost and Duration: Each sponsored ad costs $50 per 3-day run and runs for 3 days from the time it is posted.
Direct Billing: Hubwork bills advertisers directly for the cost of their ad. No credit card is required on the Hubwork platform.
Advertiser Responsibility: Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads, the accuracy of any claims, compliance with applicable laws, and the destination landing pages linked from their ads.
Content Guidelines: All sponsored ad videos must comply with the Video Content Guidelines in Section 5.
No Performance Guarantee: Hubwork does not guarantee any specific number of impressions, clicks, leads, or results from a sponsored ad.
Hubwork's Rights: Hubwork reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any ad at any time, and to modify sponsored ad pricing, placement, or availability without notice.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities. Users may also delete their accounts at any time through their account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hubwork is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

The accuracy or completeness of user-provided information
Employment outcomes or hiring decisions
Interactions between users outside the platform
Technical issues or service interruptions
Professional or career outcomes related to use of AI tools
Third-party AI service provider performance or data handling

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
